Promotion Terms and Conditions
- Registration and KYC Verification. Merchants must register and complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
- Wallet Top-Up within the First Week. A wallet top-up of at least 100 USDT (in any cryptocurrency) within the first week of registration activates participation in the promotion.
- Promotion Duration. The promotion is valid for one calendar month from the completion of step 2.
- Weekly Levels. Each level corresponds to a calendar week (7 days). The conditions for earning rewards must be met within this week.
- Separate Reward Categories. Rewards at each level are divided into two categories: trading volume and new user referrals. These are independent, meaning you can earn either or both rewards by meeting the respective criteria.
- Failure to Meet Conditions. Failing to meet the conditions for one level does NOT disqualify you from earning rewards for the next level. However, the counter resets. For example, if at level 2, the merchant completes 12 trades totaling 4,000 USDT (against the required 5,000 USDT), their trades do not carry over to level 3. So need to start fresh at level 3, completing 10 new trades totaling 10,000 USDT to earn the corresponding reward for that level.
- Payouts are made within 4 calendar days after the end of the previous period (7 calendar days). Payments are made in USDT to the merchant's wallet.

- Reset of Progress if Conditions are Not Met. If the conditions are not met within a week, the progress counter resets. For example, if a merchant completes trades amounting to less than the required sum or with fewer users within the period, their progress does not carry over to the next period.
- Independent Reward Categories. Rewards are divided into two categories: trading volume and referral of new users. These categories are independent of each other, so merchants can earn one type of reward by meeting its conditions, both types, or none.
- Timely Payouts. Payouts are made within 4 calendar days after the end of the previous period (7 calendar days or one week). Payments are made in USDT to the merchant’s wallet.
Merchants are encouraged to consistently meet the conditions of each week to maximize their rewards and ensure smooth and timely payments.
