Account deletion procedure
If you want to delete your account, there are 3 ways to request it.
1. By using the “Delete account” button in the app. It can be found in the security tab of the "More" section.
1.1 After you tap this button, your email client will be opened and you will be able to send an already composed letter directly to our customer support.
1.2 A customer support agent will verify this request and confirm your intention to delete your account. Then an account deletion procedure will be initiated.
2. By contacting Customer Support.
2.1 You can do it by using an integrated chat in the app, and simply write a message, saying that you need your account to be deleted.
2.2 A customer support agent will confirm your intention and check your login, and then an account deletion procedure will be initiated.
3. By using our Customer Support email: [email protected]
3.1 Write an email to this address, specify your account login.
3.2 A customer support agent will confirm your intention and check your login, and then an account deletion procedure will be initiated.
Account deletion procedure takes 7 days. During this period, you can cancel this procedure at any time and without any limitations.
User data deletion
For legal and compliance reasons, no data will be deleted from the account and it will be stored until further notice.
